Thai Fish Cakes

Homemade since 2010, our Tod Mun Pla (Thai Fish Cakes) are the star of our range and a true testament to tradition. Crafted from featherback fish, their spongy, soft yet slightly chewy texture is perfected through hand-battering. Seasoned with red curry, lime leaves, green beans, and sweetcorn, this family recipe has been passed down for generations. Kung Hom Pha, also known as Shrimp in a Blanket or Firecracker Shrimps, a feast for the eyes, an eye-catcher in your takeaway box and a treat for the palate! Stir Fry Noodles

Our stir-fried noodle dishes—Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Pad Bamee - are freshly made to order with your choice of chicken, prawns, or tofu. Additional proteins can be added for £1 each. All dishes are live-cooked to perfection, and our homemade sauces are also available in our online shop.

★ Pad Thai Omelette (or egg mixed in)

Our signature dish, live-cooked since 2008, Pad Thai is where it all began! As the first street food trader in London to introduce live cooking with our homemade handcrafted Pad Thai sauce, we created a Thai street food experience that’s as interactive as it is delicious. Customers enjoy not just the cooking show and lessons but also lively chats and small talks about travel, cooking, Thai language and stories.

Our omelette-style Pad Thai, a true piece of culinary art, has become a hallmark of our stall—but of course, you can also order the traditional style with the egg mixed in. Prepared with fresh ingredients like bean sprouts and chives, and topped with our home-roasted crushed peanuts (no salt, fat, or oil added), every plate is a testament to freshness and flavour.

Our famous homemade Pad Thai Sauce and the complete DIY Pad Thai Box are also available for purchase in our online shop. The noodles are gluten-free, and our sauce is suitable for vegans as well as gluten- and wheat-free diets.

★ Pad See Ew

Pad See Ew, our stir-fried soy sauce noodle dish, was introduced in 2012 and has since become a worthy contender to our iconic Pad Thai. While Pad Thai is sweet and nutty with a tamarind character, Pad See Ew offers a savory profile, perfectly balanced with a touch of sour and a rich chargrilled flavor.

We use fresh, uncut noodles from a trusted local manufacturer, carefully stir-fried with plenty of greens and broccoli, then caramelized to perfection with our homemade Pad See Ew sauce. The result is a dish with smooth, tender noodles and a depth of flavor that has earned it a loyal fan base.

Pad Bamee

Siam Fried Rice

Siam Fried Rice is a traditional Thai dish with a rich history, named after Siam—the historical name for Central Thailand before 1939. Fried rice is a globally loved dish with countless variations, but ours stays true to its Thai roots. Made with rice stir-fried with egg, vegetables, and your choice of chicken, prawns, or tofu, it’s a flavorful journey into the past.

★ Pad Krapao - Spicy Basil Stir Fry

Pad Krapao, a classic and spicy Thai stir-fry, is one of Thailand’s most beloved dishes. Made with your choice of our marinated chicken, prawns, or tofu, it’s stir-fried with fragrant basil, a mix of red and green chilies, green beans, and our homemade Amazing Sauce (available online). Served with steamed jasmine rice, you can also add a crispy fried egg for an extra treat.

Opt for tofu, and the dish becomes vegan-friendly, as our Amazing Sauce contains no fish, oyster, or animal-based ingredients.

Gai Kra Tiem - Pepper Garlic Chicken

Gai Kra Tiem Prik Thai, or Pepper Garlic Chicken, is a dish that elevates simple flavours to perfection.
